Shilpa Shetty follows a strict diet plan which includes everything right from chicken curry to eggs.

Breakfast – She starts her day with Aloe Vera juice which helps boost immunity and is equally important for maintaining a healthy skin. Like most of us, Shilpa too has tea (but with brown sugar) in the morning. Besides this she has porridge as well.
Lunch – Shilpa makes sure to have atleast 2000 calories in a day. Her lunch includes dal, rice, chapatti (prepared from a multitude of grains), veggies of her choice and not forgetting chicken curry.

She decided to give it a try and since then there has been no looking back. Shilpa spends considerable time working out and practising yoga not to look good but to feel good. In fact, she took to Yoga so seriously that within a couple of years she became an expert on it. Just after winning the Big Brother celebrity show in UK, she introduced her Yoga DVDs in the market to spread awareness and make people realize the importance of practising Yoga.
